Description

Misty Pursell worked at Hiawatha Elementary since 2015. Ms. Misty worked with many of our students in various roles as a paraprofessional. On March 9^th, Misty passed away after a short illness. Misty loved her family and 4 children, ages 20, 19, 15 and 13.  You can find her obituary here.

Ms. Misty was strong, as is the Hiawatha community.  During this trying time, the #HiawathaStrong theme was born.  You can order a #HiawathaStrong t-shirt for $12. All proceeds will go directly to the Pursell family.  Checks payable to Pursell Memorial Fund.
